Dear Reader, I Have News for You: Robots Are Boring – IEEE Spectrum.

1) I recently bought a wordpress theme from Theme Forest, and it was apparently supported by the developer, der. Without going into too much technical detail, der was great with following up and being persistent enough to fix the issue. Even when I was ready to give up and live with the theme as is (and love it a little less), I was amazed that he really came through and made everything right. Way to go der!

2) I’m a happy customer of Freshbooks, and yesterday I finally decided to fix an annoying feature that I’ve put up with for years now – and didn’t even think could be changed. But I thought I’d give  a shot and at least ask someone if it was possible, so I signed on to their customer forums and asked away. Within hours, I had my answer and I couldn’t believe I had waited so long to ask. So props to Freshbooks – great product supported with excellent customer service.
