Denver's a pretty veg friendly city too. There is a great veg restaurant not too far from where I live called Watercourse. There is also a new restaurant downtown that I haven't tried yet called Organixx. Boulder just has a long history of veggie/hippie/progressive vibe to it. Pescatarian indeed.

I haven't had red meat since, I went back to white meat until Labor Day when I gave that up for good and now I only eat seafood. So, I guess that makes me pescatarian. Anyway, good luck!
