		<description>The proposed Colorado Amendment 56 has other problems as well.  It threatens jobs of the poor, who tend to be minorities and women.  It is also a violation of the rights of employers to run their business according to their own best judgment.  Further, employers just pass on the cost of insurance to the employees, or raise prices, provide fewer benefits, or hire fewer new employees.  For details on the above, see:
